Apartman is incredible, it embodies rich history and culture of Spain and Tenerife. It is decorated with such a taste and every detail is in it's place. It is equiped with everything you need and location could not be any better. On top of that Marta is faboulous host and she was extremely helpful and accomodating. I have enjoyed my stay and I will always get to back to Niko's Rooms whenever I am staying in Santa Cruz. I highly recommend stay in Niko Rooms to everyone.

My second time at this lovely bed and breakfast. Very charming place in a traditional building, quiet for a good nights sleep and has a really nice roof terrace. A nice breakfast is included and is around a common table perfect to meet other guests. The owner is super helpful and a great host, thank you Paola!!
Lola was a really great host who met us at the property to let us in and show us around. The accommodation was terrific. Clean, comfotable and stylish. Everything worked. It was in a great location. With good views. Would definitely recommend it as a place to stay and explore the island. 10/10
