Staying at Casual Mardones exceeded our expectations. The room was in a building in the old town centre where traffic is forbidden, everything was at a walking distance. We left the car in the public car park nearby as suggested by the managers. It only took us about 5 minutes to get to the property with our luggage. The room was spotless, newly refurbished with excellent taste, wide and super comfy. Should we come back to Bilbao we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location at Plaza Nueva! All the busy noise and loud people on the square were very nice to experience, luckily you don’t hear a sound in the rooms! All sightseeings on walking distance. A lot of restaurants, bars and pinchos-bars in the area. The room is small, as is the bathroom, but the bed is comfortable. Everything you need for a citytrip. There is no personnel, entrance protocol is send before arrival. Best to arrive by public transport, since the pension is in the centre of the old town.
