Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The location was nice for a one night stay then straight to the airport, there´s not alot aorund.
The bed is a sofa bed and there were no curtains.. also its a room right behind his kitchen.. but on a positive note he was a great host! there is a stable with a couple of horses including dogs on the premises and we love animals so we got to play the the dogs and that was great! the dogs could use a bath though..
Again, a great 1 night stay but more would have been hard.
This trip was outstanding from start to finish. helpful staff and a very helpful local that when wondering the streets at 5AM in a drunken state after Leeds had beaten Elche he gave me a lift back to the hotel 25 minutes before my transfer back to the airport. can’t comment on the room or bed as I never seen enough of either. what I would say is the hotel is superb and the locals are friendly 🫶🏽
