I arrived at 2pm to find the front door locked even though the information says check in from 2pm. I messaged (via booking.com), I phoned multiple times and was ignored for an hour. Why they couldn't just send the code for door after they took the money off my card, I don't know! Didn't appreciate being left in the rain for no particular and no apology.

Quite a nice apartment, literally two steps from Plaza Mayor, but in a side street that guarantees peace and quiet. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. A great host who, in addition to detailed information on where to park and how to get to the apartment, also gave us advice on where to eat and what to visit in Caceres.
In the heart of the old town. Staff were really helpful with the check-in process. The beds were comfortable and has full privacy with a curtain, light and charging port. Great place with good hostel vibe.
Lovely host, perfect location, very clean and comfortable surroundings. The apartment is on the third floor, but is accessible if you are not completely out of shape. The host asked me not to bother writing a review because he already has too many guest, but this property is worth it.

The apartment is super nice and cozy, the kitchen well equipped, the bed comfortable. the location is super- right in the Center, yet very quiet.

This is a delightful quirky boutique hotel with it’s mix of Mozarabic and Kitsch. I even had some Banksy style graffiti on my bedroom wall.
Delicious breakfast served in a small patio garden. Santiago and his wife are great hosts.
