I guess it is what it offers, and the reviews were helpful. It's a totally fine hostel without any luxuries. It's well located, close to the bus (guagua) estation and the charco de San Gines, with lots of amenities and bars and restaurants. Also, 8-minute walk from a big car park at the other end of the charco de San Gines.

Complex was extremely clean everywhere and very peaceful .
All utensils if needed for cooking
Hair dryer and iron were good standard Fan in wardrobe if required .We just left windows open for some air

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Very good hosts, good communication and help when my original flights got cancelled.
The rooftop is fantastic, spent time out there everyday.

The apartment was very spacious, in a great location to explore arrecife and Lanzarote in general with good transport links around the island nearby. Olga was a great host always on hand with any queries i had. I would definetly stay at this apartment again.
We really loved our apartment! Everything was just as good as shown in the photos, and we had everything we needed. We were really happy to have free bikes because there is a very nice and easy route along the cost. There were also some nice details like a bottle of wine for welcome. Montse was a great host and was always available for any help needed.

Location was fabulous, with a view over the harbour. Ana was great with communication before the holiday and during, we had one small problem with the electronic lock but Ana cam over immediately and it was resolved within 30 minutes which is the sign of a great host.
Wonderful accomodation with great hosts in the best location you can think of in exciting Arrecife!
Everything a traveller needs: A shared kitchen with all utensils incl. sharp knifes (!), space for food and a washing machine as well!
Don‘t speak about the different roof terraces!
And don‘t be afraid of the 2 dogs, quite small and well trained.
