The rooms are ample and comfortable. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast we have experienced outside of an expensive hotel chain in six years traveling through Europe. The hosts were wonderful, quick to respond to requests and they ensured we had anything we needed. The pension is 15 minutes from the skiing and hiking areas around Feldberg as well as Bad Paradeis spa and pool, within walking distance of several restaurants, and a five minute drive to grocery stores.
This 3-star hotel in Feldberg enjoys an beautiful setting amid the fir trees of the Black Forest, and is centrally located between the Feldberg mountain and lakes Titisee and Schluchsee.

The hostess Maria was so kind, hospitable and helpful- so first thing: thank you Maria! Our daughter even got a birthday candies as a gift from Maria :)
We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The apartment on the ground floor was spacious, well equipped and comfortable! We had a wonderful big kitchen. The garden outside has a small creek just outside the fence we loved it and the kids loved it more!
We also had a BBQ night in the garden which was great!
The location is very nice - the lake beach is a walk away where you can go for a little cruise, rent a boat or go to the pool (we didn't because of the weather) .
Located in the Southern Black Forest, this traditional hotel offers cozy rooms and varied cuisine in central Bernau. It is ideal for active, outdoor breaks in all seasons.

My room was perfectly functional and clean, but not modern. I like that, I do not need a modern room to sleep. The staff was very friendly and laid-back, and the breakfast was very good. Also the bicycle room was fine.

Amazing place! Super clean, roomy, lots of light and windows, great host, answered everything we needed very quickly and was helpful. Excellent location in the black forest. Great for large families, we were 7 people and it was very large for us.
