The location was pretty good towards the center of the village, although if you are after the chiemsee, you either have to book a room closer to the see or have to accept a reasonable way to walk. But there are several restaurants on the way to have a drink or something to eat. The room was reasonable sized although a very small bathroom, Nevertheless sufficient. If you wanted to have things to eat/drinks there are facilities to use. I also liked the amble spaces for parking.
Dowis-Hof is situated in Seebruck, just 1 km from the beautiful Lake Chiemsee. Free private parking is available on site. All rooms at Dewis-Hof include a seating area with a table.
