The place was pleasantly calm and quiet. The owner is friendly and helpful, he waited for me until late in the evening - I reached the place around 12-1 am and I could check-in without issues. Delicious food and coffee - the gluten-free buns were still warm and were an amazing start into the frosty day in January.

Great central location, but at the same time it was quiet. Easy to reach all the city attractions by walking or by tram. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed for a short stay (good wifi, small but well equipped kitchen, patio etc.). great hosts too!

Plenty of literature about the city in the lobby, along with a good café/bar area. Had a good hostel-like feel in that regard.
The location was really good, several small and cozy cafes and restaurants around the area. The tram stop is also directly in front of our doorstep. However, if you are sensitive to sound and light, it could be a little annoying.
There is no elevator, so do be aware of this when travelling with young children with buggys or heavy luggage.
All in all, good. p/s: The kebab shop downstairs is a very popular one, with many locals. Delicious!
