The kitchen is great and clean. It is good for people who like cooking themselves. It is free parking and self check in and check out, cannot see landlord. The area is okay and quite. The room is okay, but we booked a double bed, the room is two separate single beds. We tried to combine but it is dusty under the bed, so we give up to move together.

Staff was kind enough to reach out, via phone, ahead of check-in time slot to make sure we would make it in time, and also had a recommendation ready to go for a sea-food restaurant about 3km away from the hotel, which was also a good/fair value for that evenings dinner.
During check-in scheduled breakfast timeslot was chosen, including options for eggs, juice, and tea/coffee. In the morning breakfast was served at reserved tables at the scheduled time. Plenty of food, rolls/buns, ryebread, toppings (butter, cheeses, cuts of meat, jam, nutella), coffee and juice to fill up on.

The bedroom was very clean and ordently. We knocked on the wrong pension and the owner picked up the phone right away and was very nice. The location is pretty good, about 20 min walking from the city center. There is also a good bus conection. The turkish restaurant that is recomended by the pension has really great breakfast.

Solidarity when travelling, with staff and locals is something not many places can offer. The people are lovely and it’s clean. This is the place to be if you’re vegetarian/vegan as the rest of Lübeck doesn’t seem to have gotten the wake up call on that front.
They really take constructive feedback and try to make the place as best as it can be for everyone ☺️
The apartment is great and has everything needed for a long stay. It is big, good natural light all over, in a very calm neighborhood and has all supermarket at the end of the street, you choose what you prefer (ALDI, LIDL, REWE, etc).
One good extra: the bed is very comfortable.

I enjoyed a lot my days in Lübeck, I was working remotely (the wifi worked perfectly and fast) and still was able to enjoy the daylight several times going by bus to the city center, it takes 10min.
Great location for all things to see and do in Lübeck, and still a little tucked away from the busy streets. So nice and calm with high ceilings, court yard and plants. Clean facilities, homely feel, spacious, nice design. Great spacious room (no.5). Fantastic and healthy breakfast served at the table -bread, cheese, ham, fresh fruit, jams etc. Great coffee, and eggs how you want them. Great host who helped with all our requests. Highly recommend staying here. And we'll definitely be back!!
A very lovely hostess who was very attentive and thoughtful to our requests. The place has a modern design to it, and yet, it still gives out a cozy feeling. I absolutely love the suspended plants in the lounge room/ eating area/ desk/reception, it is very unique and adds that hygge vibe!
A great homestay with a very hospitable host. We were welcomed most warmly, and got to share a home-cooked meal with our host. We even brought along our cat, who found the stay very much to his liking and was also welcomed warmly.
