We booked the top floor room which has a private WC. Large room with windows on three sides; great cross-ventilation. The two twin beds were very comfortable. Fan, electric kettle (lights up in a cool-blue color when on), instant coffee, nice tea selection, sugar, creamers, bottle of sparkling water, coffee mugs, glasses, hand soap. Full (large) shared bathroom one floor below with a HUGE tub as well as a shower. Towels were nicely presented on our beds. Large satellite TV with Netflix and streaming service for ARD/ZDF (plus others). WI-FI worked well (after a delay - see above). LOTS of electrical outlets. Nice comfortable chairs at the seating area in the main room. Outside seating area in front of the house. Quiet residential neighborhood. FANTASTIC Turkish restaurant (Diphaus) a few minutes walk away. The streetcar station is even closer (but you don't hear them). Just across from the station is a large EDEKA with a great bakery which has a nice selection of breakfasts available at very good prices as well as a nice dining area. A few other restaurants are available within a short walk away. Overall a nice value!
