The rooms were well equipped and the bathrooms modern, I really liked the common rooms and the kitchen which enabled us to prepare some food and eat in and therefore spare some money during the visit. The overall price was interesting. The owner very helpfully provided a baby cot. The mattress was extremely comfortable and good quality.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The room and the whole property are absolutely wonderful. The room with kitchenette has everything you need for a home away from home stay. Ability to do laundry in a shared laundry room was really great. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Perfect location in the centre of town.
Really excellent staff, very friendly, polite, helpful. Good to try some German but their English is excellent. Breakfast was very good. Generally clean and comfortable with good basic facilities. Easy walking distance of city centre and right by Lousberg Park - and easily findable off main routes with a car. Quite a leafy area with London Plane trees nearby and locals seem friendly enough. Generally, it is a really good stay and excellent value for money. It's a typical transit hotel and very good at that.
The restaurant was next door, food was excellent , good service and value for money and a very popular place with the locals too . So be sure to book your table.
Second time here. Great hostel in top location near railway station. Its quiet, you only hear the announcements of the railway station which will make you sleepy. Nice lobby, great to have drink there. Very friendly lady at reception of spanish origin. Will come again.
