Location is good, right next to 5 de Julho pedestrian street. It's possible to find by yourself (even without the sign) - just follow the geotag, you will see the Medical building and you need the door #13 (as on the picture next to the #11 Medico).
People are nice and quiet, Suely speaks a very good English. Also there is good wifi signal.
You can make a coffee or tea at the kitchen and ask for a breakfast.
I would say it's a good option for couple nights if you came not for all night partying.
What was nice - there are earplugs in case if for you street noise is a problem (not for me, but it was nice)

All we used the room for was somewhere to dump bags for the evening and to have a shower after travelling from Tarrafel before our middle of the night departure from Praia to Lisbon. It was fine for that.

This is a new place on booking.com, and we were the first guests. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there is a lot of space. One bedroom was already equipped with an AC, the second room was in preparation (they provided a fan which was sufficient). There is also an AC in the main room.

Amazing location right in the centre of Plateau area. You can order a taxi from Raquel and he will take you from the airport to the apartment, regardless the hour. Super lovely host, that is always available for a good suggestion for dinner and , what and how to visit the island. Spacious apartment with kitchen equipment, comfortable bed and great Wi-Fi. Located in a safe area, where you can go walking to have dinner in nearby restaurants without needing to take a taxi. Recommend 100%
