This is the place to stay in Pavones! Almost everyone who arrived extended their stay: the staff are super, the location is a spacious jungle-style garden full of hammocks and visiting wildlife of every kind (monkeys, red macaws, toucans!). The cabins are a step from the surf and local supermarket: the internet is strong: the rooms were well-cared for and clean: the vibe, mellow. It was very hard to leave!

I was already greeted by a woman when I arrived there. She explained everything important to me and offered me to contact her at any time if I had any questions. I was able to leave my luggage at the accommodation during my stay in Corcovado National Park and when I came back with completely wet and dirty clothes, the lady even offered to wash the clothes for free, which I really appreciated. Thank you again at this point. The accommodation has everything you could wish for :)
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
David and Gootje were great hosts and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. On top of that , the property is amazing, rooms were very clean and neat, swimming pool and garden area is perfect to relax. Everything was built with attention to detail to create a great vibe. Highly recommended, and in my view the best option in Pavones. Words are not enough to express the great time we had here, go check it out for yourself.
Our stay at JJ’s was great! We loved the ocean view, the little terrace and the atmosphere. The house is within walking distance to supermarkets, a few restaurants and the main surf spot. JJ was a really good host and we definitely felt like home. We can definitely recommend it!
