Beautiful garden & common areas. Walking distance to the park, restaurants, groceries & bus lines. Friendly owner & staff. Kids enjoyed ping pong, the garden turtles and video game time during a rain storm. Our family of four slept in the room with a double bed & bunk bed. Very secure & safe building and comfortable neighborhood.

The staff were friendly and helpful except for the issue discussed below. Room was clean and as comfortable as possible with just a fan. Common area and amenities were excellent. Location was perfect for my needs.

For a private room, you can't beat this price. Staff were very nice, and the facilities were clean. Sure it's a little bit drab, but this is absolutely the best rate for a private room in town.

Louis is a great host. House is beautiful with art pieces and amazing view. Bingo (dog) is a great friend when you stay there. Strong and good WiFi. Great breakfast.
