I don't know where to start. The owner is an incredibly lovely person. As soon as she will open the door you will feel welcomed and at ease. The room is as shown on the picture and I had everything I needed to get some proper sleep before flying out of Costa Rica. It was super quiet and the bed comfortable (I like medium or soft beds). If I was to go to Costa Rica again and in need of a place in San Jose before moving on, I certainly will book it again.

The room was super clean as well as shared bathroom. Landlady was really kind, positive and helpful. I even got free Spanish quick lesson haha. Perfect location close to the airport (8 minutes of ride from the airport), it was just a quite difficult for us to find the correct house.

I loved everything about it, from the host to the chalet, everything was simplified and perfect, they helped coordinate my shuttle to the airport, they were very helpful, I enjoyed the ambiance of the chalet, and it was an experience on itself.

hostess was amazing. she went above and beyond in helping me with many heavy pieces of luggage as I am disabled with back injuries. she prepared food to my preference (vegan) and offered to cook more. the room was adequate, quiet and clean. the bathroom was spotless, the shower had good water pressure and was hot. the location is great to get to the airport and the price is very affordable.

Great host family. Very helpful with everything. Nice and clean rooms. Close enough to the airport to begin or end a trip in Costa Rica. We enjoyed two stays.
Edward was a lovely host, extremely helpful and always responded quickly to messages. He was so helpful and friendly. He arranged our transfers to and from the airport, which is only a few minutes car ride. The property was very clean and equipped with everything that you would need (air con, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer). The beds were comfy and facilities were brilliant. We wished we could have stayed longer.
Very handy to airport and rental cars, very clean room. Lovely host Dora answered all our questions and directed us to a great local restaurant! Secure spot to park with no issues getting in and out. Comfortable outdoor seating area to hang out.
We liked the quiet residential location where the sound of aircraft from the airport was not intrusive and the chance to love amongst san jose locals. Patricia was an excellent host and picked us up from the airport. She cooked a great breakfast.

This is in fact a private home with a few rented apartments and shared patio, kitchen, living room. The home is very well maintained. Breakfast was a sort of self-service with coffee/tea, bread jam, fruit juices available, as well as tableware. It had a definite homey feel to it. Very nice. The entire place was very conducive to meeting other people.
