Very friendly hosts that help you organise things. They offered me cold lemonade multiple times, very welcome in the heat, other food was also offered multiple times. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning to your wish. Mattresses are soft, two ventilators in the bedroom, private bathroom is small but functional .

Sandra is a great host! She helped to organise transport to Neiva for me on a Sunday when there are very few buses. The hostel itself is clean, comfortable, and near the main square
The owner is so friendly and nice and she was a HUGE help for me! She organized a private tour/driver to the desert for me, Augusto was great! She also organized a private person who was willing to drive me to Neiva after 10pm because I took a nightbus to Cali and the last bus from the village leaves around 6pm. She made me a delicous breakfast and the bed was the most comfortable one I slept in since weeks! Don‘t miss out in this great host and hostel :)))) Muchas Gracias para todo!
Mati is a lovely host, she is beyond lovely and takes care of you like your very own Colombian mother. She is present at the guesthouse all day and every time you arrive back there from an activity she is there wanting to give you coffee or lemonade. She also arranged a cheap tuktuk for us to go to the desert and arranged the jeep back to Neiva to pick us up at her guesthouse.
Her breakfasts are also tasty and we can't thank her and her husband enough for making us feel like a part of the family

+ perfect location close to restaurants and shops

Sandra is a great host. helpful in giving directions to Tatacoa desert and where to eat. location is ideal, in centre of town, restaurants, food shops, cafes all nearby. wifi very good. clean bedlinen and bathrooms.
If you`re on a tight budget this is the place for you! The accommodation is very basic but you get everything you need. I think we even got upgraded to a more private room (I booked a dorm) with a private bathroom. The breakfast for 7,000 COP was great and the atrium is like a little jungle with treasures all around - a very unique place indeed. It`s in a private home and the lady of the house is such a lovely and funny person. I felt very well hosted!
Lovely hosts, incredibly helpful and great at organising transport/tours to the desert. The room was spacious and amazing value for the price! The complementary fruit and coffee were also an unexpected treat. They also let us shower and store our luggage after checkout, giving us more time to explore the desert. We were also able to use the kitchen which was an added benefit!
