As for the house, the style is my cup of tea. Clean, simple, comfy so much. Walk 10-15 mins to the metro, cmpared to the noisy Poblado center, I prefer to live here, such as the quiet community, friendly neighbors, eat & shop is convenient as well.

My stay at Patricia’s hotel was exactly what I needed: the matrass was very good, the shower was great and I experienced the hotel (which has less rooms than most hotels) a quite oasis in the city center of Medellin. Metrostation Floresta is at a walking distance and has a beautiful park along the way. Great host, great location, there is nothing bad about it except maybe because it is in front of the street and sometimes in the early morning the traffic noise can wake you up if you are sensitive to the noise.
