Alejandro is a great host. I booked a single room - big bed mosquito net, sockets, a fan and reasonable wi-fi. The breakfast and evening meal were good and not expensive. Towels provided. Not far from both entrances to Tayrona National Park.
Franz and Ana are just great hosts that make you feel very welcome from the first moment. The lodge is one of the few locations that actually look exactly like in the photos! Great food for breakfast and dinner at very reasonable prices. Would love to return one time!
We loved the experience of simple and peaceful living in a very charming Homestay. The family are very welcoming, discreet and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to stay. The garden and local walk/swim in the river is enchanting.
Great hostel and concept! Amazing location with beautiful views. Happy hour cocktails were a lovely treat after hiking 2 days in Tayrona National Park. I was happy with the dorm room I had booked, so when I won an upgrade to a wonderful private cabin I was super super happy 😃. Apparently the owners do this if there’s a free cabin. What a unique and lovely touch! Special thanks to Michelle on reception - helpful and friendly! Wi-Fi was great in the area above reception and I was able to have a work call no problem.
Gorgeous hammock on the balcony overlooking the river. With a great host - incredibly helpful with lots of useful tips for getting around. And when we had issues with our plumbing, they were fixed the same day. Great location - super easy to get to two different Tayrona Park entrances (one on foot, the other by bus), and some nice restaurants 5min walk away.
This place is amazing! The setting is stunning, the building is beautiful and the rooms are extremely clean. Ruth is also the most lovely host and made me feel so ar home - she cooked two delicious meals which were perfect after long days of hiking. Thank you La Finca Lorena!!
