- Staff were great, our manager gave us a complete run down on how to navigate the national park from where to go and how long it would take from one point to another.
- Washing machine was available, since we like to pack light it was fantastic.

We were made to feel very welcome. All of our excursions were planned for us, the food was delicious and the room was clean with a comfy bed and modern features. You can see Tianmen mountain from the room. The staff looked after us. Our first trip to Zhangjiajie was a wonderful experience made better by the Flower Whisperer Homestay. I had a fantastic stay at Heaven's Gate Home Stay. The check-in was quick and the staff were incredibly welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of thr mountains. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities were excellent.

Amazing property, clean, super close to one of the entrances of Zhangjiajie National Park, and the food in the restaurant great and really fairly priced. After a full day of walking, you can take a nice dip in the pool.
The best thing about this place is the staff. Ming is a great host, and is always ready to help. Since he is also a tour guide in the park, he showed us how we can get the most out of our 3 day stay. We saw the whole park with amazing views, thanks Ming!
