The spa facilities were exceptional as well, a pool, big jaccuzi and a few saunas is everything you need for a nice day after skiing. The rex hotel also has a bakery with some fine products and a cocktail bar with great service too.

We stayed with four people, two adults and two teens at the end of the holiday season. The guesthouse is very cozy, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is great and plentiful. Being able to ski to the bus stop leading to the Saas Fee cable car in the morning is very convenient. The owner Corina is kind and the welcome very warm. We will definitely be back.

The location is very good, overlooking a beautiful view of mountain peaks. There is an adjacent free private parking. The place is clean. The breakfast is good. The price is fair, a good exchange for the price compared to expensive Switzerland of course.

Fantastic views from balcony of the Mattahorn, warm and comfortable. Zermatt is a fantastic place, this hotel is an area frequented by locals but only 2 minutes from the busy main street.

The location of the apartment is perfect, right in the center, close to all the restaurants and shops and the bus stops, 10 mins walking distance to each of the ski lift options. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable, includes all necessities and more. Eliane is a lovely host, attentive and available for every need. Hopefully we will be back!
I had a really great stay at Chalet Memory. The flat is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and has a spacious terrace with a lovely view on the town. The area is quiet, and it is conveniently located for walking to the centre. Doreen was a great host throughout, and was always very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.
Superbly appointed, every thing we needed except a fondue set but the lovely host, Pamela brought us one as soon as we asked.
Amazing view of the Matterhorn.
Pamela met us at the station and all our bags were taken into the apartment, she then came to pick us up in town later at the check in time. The same when we left, nothing was too muck trouble.
We had fresh bread & croissants delivered to our door everyday, complimentary.
The apartment was cleaned and fresh bedding twice during the week.

Excellent location, can easily access to supermarket, shops and to the transportation to train and cable car. Great host who always provides good instructions and information during our visit. The apartment is very spacious and clean and have everything we need, well equipped and family friendly. We have an amazing time in this apartment and enjoyed our trip in Zermatt.
Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfasts, Thor was a great host, and the hotel was had a lot of really nice local decorations etc that gave it a nice atmosphere and made you feel like you were living in a traditional place in the Swiss Alps.
