Incredibly clean and well maintained. Kitchen / communal area had pots, pans, plates, silverware. There are free washers and dryers. Communal bathrooms are very clean.

The hosts of the hotel were very friendly and helpful despite the fact that I did not speak Swiss-German. I would recommend it as it is quiet and well run. There is also a nice cafe down the road where you can buy a quick and affordable meal. Next time, I hope to be there when the highly rated restaurant next door is open.

The location is convenient, very close to the train station, although you need to walk up stairs from the station to the property. The hostess is kind and provided me an adapter, although she only speaks a little bit of English.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Extremely cosy and couldn't be cleaner! Great hosts.
