Our stay was nice. Susan was really friendly and accommodating but also very discrete.
The check-in is quick and uncomplicated.
The location is also pretty close to the old town which starts pretty much on the other side of the street.
The bed is comfy and the shower is pretty modern, the water turns warm very quickly.

Nanda and her husband are such lovely hosts! They gave us tips on what to do around and they were so kind and helpful. The room is very cozy and comfortable. You have for yourself a little garden with a table and two chairs, a little heaven! The location is between Locarno and Ascona. It's perfect if you wanna visit both.
