Finding an affordable place to stay in such a beautiful part of Switzerland is not easy, and these rooms give you the opportunity to stay there for well under 100 Swiss Francs. The walk to the train station is about 3 minutes, and trains leave punctually every few minutes.
Our double room offered plenty of space, includng adequate storage space and a working area.
The kitchen is quite pleasant and usable once you've gotten used to quirks such as a fuse that needs to be reset rather often.
Overall, I was able to conveniently attend a conference in nearby Rapperswil with much lower lodging costs than the other attendees.

A beautiful country farming setting in rural Switzerland. The small apartment was wonderful and wifi great. The restaurant on location was closed (Monday) but we met the owners the next morning and they were very pleasant and spoke excellent English. Parking was easy just outside the door to the stairs for the 2nd floor apartment. Very peaceful. We enjoyed the in room snacks and coffee provided by the owners.
