They have a dish wash things & had plates in the room and you can wash clothes for free. It’s bit expensive for not have toilet and shower in room but staff is nice and quiet and clean. I understand this cost in this area.

Had some problem with the self check in to begin with, but the staff helped out quickly so we got in without having to wait for too long. The room felt clean and it worked great for a one nights stay while travelling through Switzerland. The price is also very reasonable, compeared to others around interlaken.
I also forgot my forgot, but the staff helped out and was able to locate it and send it to me afterwards. Very pleased with the help :)

The view from the room was wonderful. This was due to the fact that we didn't get the room we were supposed to get in the first place. Very close to Interlaken and really quite. Nice garden next to the lake with an amazing view. Easy parking

With travel pass issued on arrival, you can have free bus to nearby places. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Super delicious homemade breakfast is the cherry on top. We love playing with the rabbits at backyard.

Convenient self check in with a very easy to understand instructions.. few steps to interlaken west train station are A++.. migros the grocerries store just cross the street… halal food just downstairs… complete cooking utensils… very beautiful and clean apartment… love all about the apartment… great host. The host is lovely - very helpful and kind. The location is perfect for travelling to popular tourist spots and also to the airport. It is my second time staying here and loved it. The apartments are great for longer stays with larger groups and if you want to be able to cook - there is a stove, microwave, multi-cooker, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, etc. Overall, a great place to stay with lovely hosting and staff - cleaners also very friendly and do an excellent job.
The location is superb. I could access to the city and shops easily, I could do morning jog peacefully, especially besides the shore of Lake Thun. I got the homestay upgraded and got some discounts too. We could do cooking as well with all the complete kitchenets. All these were great !
The location is perfect. The view of the home stay is really nice, there is lake and mountain view. Although there are many other visitors live around, but at night it was really quite. We can sleep really well there.
I would say it’s a quite good hostel in Switzerland,it’s clean and equipped well .If there are separated bathrooms for ladies and men would be perfect.
