Room was spacious, with private bathroom and shower. Has a kitchen with drinking water. Owner was friendly. Has self-check in. Wifi was not very slow. Maybe faster than some hotels. The best value for the price, especially during winter or non-tourist season, all you could get is either motel or very overpriced hotel rooms.
