The view from property was spectacular, the host was very welcoming to us.

Everything was as it should be. Everything was prepared for us and the hosts were very nice people. It's a very nice apartment overlooking the magnificent valley and it's nice and cosy. Thank you for your hospitality.

The place was great and the host was very nice and shared some good tips on where to eat etc. She was very welcoming and everything was perfect. Room was conform to the pictures and super comfortable and very nicely decorated. Everything was perfect! We will definitely come back :)

Incredibly nice host who looks out for you and tries to make your stay in Francorchamps as nice as possible. Visited for Spa Classic 2024, and had a great time. Location is really nice, in between the bus stop and the restaurants/bakeries that are on the way to the circuit. Walk to the circuit isn’t too far, even with the road construction that was going on as of my visit in May 2024. One example of the host’s kindness was her informing me that because of said construction, the bus would take a different route/skip a stop or two really close to the circuit, instead of stopping at the one right across the road as it would normally do. She also left out an umbrella to loan me before she went to work early in the morning as it was going to be a rainy day at the circuit, a much-appreciated offering. I believe there’s two rooms available, both upstairs. You receive a key for the front door and your room door on a key ring. My room was the one on the right side of the house, would still be very spacious with two people. (I was travelling by myself) Shower is decent, and as with the other showers in Europe, you will have to wait a little bit longer than North American expectations for the water to heat up. Wall radiators were something new for me to google and figure out, but they work fine and I was never cold. There’s also a portable electric heater if you need. Bed was very comfortable, even for me at 6’7”/ 2m tall. Room is quiet, just the faint noise of passing cars from time to time on the road in front. Nothing that will disturb your sleep, and you can watch some cool cars en route to the circuit during the day since you’re probably going to an event at the circuit. There’s really good food offerings just down the road on the way to the circuit, notably Pâtisserie Piot and Boucherie Laval. Very good sweets and baked goods from the former, and the butcher shop/Boucherie has delicious baguette sandwiches available for only 5€ or so.

We were attending the F1 race and our expectations were a clean environment with a private bathroom and wifi. We knew from research that the room was small and the price per night was inflated because of the demand for accommodations for the race.

It was in a nice location, close to Spa. The location offers a parking spot for your car. The room and bathroom were really new and were very luxurious. The beds were more comfortable than my own bed. There was an outside terrace were we could sit as well. The owner brought us breakfast every morning at 9 am (can be discussed how late you want). It was enough for 2 big eaters and contained some fruit which we brought with us on our hikes. Furthermore, the owner helped us getting around in the area. We did a few nice hikes in the area and went to the Peak brewery.
