Everything - the building was in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the Markt square and was beautifully appointed, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and there are lots of extra touches that made staying a real pleasure. Highly recommended!

Sofie is a great host and hand cooked us a delicious breakfast of bacon and eggs. There is also a great choice of ham and cheese, plus cereals and fruit. She has a great knowledge of Ypres and gave us all the information we needed.
The room we had was small, but perfect for our needs. Beds were very comfortable and the room has a separate toilet and shower which both have sliding doors for privacy. There is also a small roof area to relax in.
The lovely host kept in touch by text, met us at the apartment and showed us round. She made everything really easy and welcoming. The apartment is beautiful and the beds really comfortable and in such a good position right off the Grotemarket. The bedroom with the bunk beds is accessed via the main bedroom but with a proper door between the two so just be prepared if you are staying there with someone you don’t normally live in the same home with! Overall excellent accommodation and highly recommended!
