The mix of old and new in the decor was just right. Everything was spotlessly clean and a lot of thought had been put into ensuring high levels of comfort for guests. The food at dinner and at breakfast was outstanding- delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly.

As 3 motorbike riders trying to find our hotel location after a long day is always daunting, no sooner we got into Bouillon the Hotel was right in front of us!! what a result. Fantastic location, underground parking. This was a great start. We ate in the hotels Bom restaurant, which was also fantastic, with Melissa being a great host.
The location was perfect - right down in the old town area, within walking distance from all the sights, restaurants, etc. Lovely hosts, who were kind and knowledgeable of the local area. Breakfast was excellent.
