I specifically liked the cleanliness and the behaviour of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Living rooms & bathrooms were very clean and properly organized and comfortable to use. You can book for your stay without any hesitation.

From my opinion the host Mr. Tamzid is a good person with good personality and supportive, it is not actually hotel or anything it's actually an irregular corporate space mainly like homestay. The AC and Wi-Fi and everything works so well only the thing is the toilet was not clean. The caretaker was ready to serve 24 hours but I didnt need anything as the location was general and everything was easy to manage and buy.
Why do you need a hotel if there is this cozy quiet place in the center.
I did not know that in the center of Dhaka there is places where you can go to the balcony from the room and get some air while watching the life of the locals.
Thanks to the owner Mr. Kader for the personal organization of late check-in and such a warm attitude. The breakfast and tea in the cafe opposite was also the best.

• Good breakfast served in room: Juice, Banana 1pcs, Egg Omlet, Ruti 2pcs, Mixed Vegetables, with a hot tea.
• Room are Looks like homestay.
• Mahbub bhai allowed late checkout facilities upto 2:30pm.
