The bed was comfy. Bathroom facilities were good. Yes, it's close to the beach. About a 10-15 minute walk. The TV was close to the bed. I didn't use it but many people would like that. Nice facilities in the backyard with a swimming pool and chairs and couches. The price was good. The air conditioner works well.

Location is perfect. Walk across the street to Tres Tapi for amazing snorkeling (I start at Tres Tapi and continue snorkeling to Boca Catalina- turtles, angelfish, trunkfish, sea robins, squid…). Great place to start mountain biking to Arashi and dunes then California lighthouse to Alto Vista chapel. Or beautiful morning/evening walks to Palm beach area. The Villa is quiet and private and very safe- romantic for couples, relaxing for solo travel. There are three guest villas, perfect for meeting a few other travelers yet still feels like a private retreat. I have stayed at the villa 3 times in about a year. Always met at the gate by the friendly dogs. Garden is filled with charm, pool is just right for a quick dip or a longer lounge. Host Rona is wonderful, welcoming with a cold drink, great info on local happenings, ensures property is in excellent condition.

Stayed from August 20-26, 2024. Mr. Mauris is very pleasant and helpfully. We were picked up from the hotel. The room is clean and lovely. We had to rent a car, the town is not far but because if the heat and humidity, walking would have been uncomfortable and unbearable. In everything we had a wonderful experience.

The place is exactly as it is shown in the pictures! They were wonderful from the moment we reached out to request the transportation from the airport. Romar picked us up from the airport, showed us around to make sure we knew where we were and what we had nearby. We would definitely go back!
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Very good place. Nice kitchen, good AC, short walk to eagle beach (one of the best beaches of Aruba, with calm water and not so crowded like Palm Beach). Gabriella was a great host and provided extra towel that we needed. Beach chairs helped us a lot also. The condo has a nice pool and jacuzzi. Thanks for the great stay!
It is an apartment more than a hotel. It has all that you need for a comfortable stay in Aruba. The hotel is located on walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and a bus station.
Nita was a great host, you can learn a lot about the culture of the island with her and she´s super attentive!
Excellent apartment close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants; wonderfully quiet and well-furnished, too. Great to have some coffee, olive oil, condiments etc. at hand in the kitchen. Lovely hosts, helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great host, great accommodation on a great location. Just a short 10 mins walk to the Eagle Beach, few minutes walk from big supermarket. The host helped us a lot with the tips and suggestions. He was always available with his car whenever we need a ride to somewhere. Highly Recommended!
