the hosts were extremely helpful and kind, waiting for us like you do when relatives coming and everytime you saw them in the house they would ask you if you needed something.
Everything was very clean and the kitchen fully equipped, you also have a private refrigerator in the room with fresh water waiting for you.

Our two-night stay was disrupted by a cancelled flight to Darwin so two of our party only got to stay for one night but it was great for brief visit.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Fantastic apartment, the best we've stayed in while waiting in Darwin for a few weeks for our car to be repaired. Very comfortable beds, wonderful, large open plan lounge area with huge TV, and everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals, smoothies, toasties, you name it. Great view out across the city to watch the rolling storms. Lovely hosts, loads of lovely touches around the place, can't fault it.
