The villa definitely exceeded my expectations in every way. Morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river mouth was magical.
Booked this villa to see the Aurora as a 50th birthday treat and it was perfect, even saw silver sea sparkle at the same time along the beach at the front!

Tina was a great host and very accomodating towards an early and late check out. The room was a wonderful size and the house itself was massive. The views are spectacular and the location is great with Ubers always less than 2-3 minutes away and a bus stop right outside.
Nel and Lorne were really great hosts! Showed us around the house, gave us suggestion on where to go and gave us a loaf of bread, butter and also some eggs on top of fruits, milk and tea drinks which was already in the apartment!
everything was perfect about this place; location, facility, cleanliness and above all, the great hostility. The host, James helped us organise an early check in and gave us detailed instructions to find and enter the house which were extremely helpful. His hand written card and a gift for the guest was quite welcoming. Will definitely stay here again!
Fabulous self contained unit that forms part of owners home. Fitout is of the highest quality and even includes a unique spa bath. Property is right on the waterfront with amazing views from the unit of the Derwent River and accessible to riverside walks. Our host Nel was a a great hostess and even provided some breakfast provisions. Would highly recommend this property.
