Gina’s place exceeded me and my partners expectations. Gina was very warm and welcoming. The amenities were spot on, the bed was so comfy and the place was spotless.
Her neighbor is also really friendly and the dog down the stairs is really cute as well!

The attention to detail, facilities, necessary provisions like hand & body wash. Above all Mandy is a great host, she is very quick to respond, gave clear instructions with images, provided us with a welcome drink & chocolates. She made sure our stay was comfortable, thanks Mandy.
You can’t beat the location. A perfect spot to enjoy Cotton Tree. Karen was a lovely host who had keys and room available for early access so I could get on and start my weekend.

The location was perfect for us, very close to the river, beach, cafes and restaurants. It had everything we needed. It is a quiet and peaceful place to rest after a long day. Although it is a homestay it is very private and you have the whole ground floor for you.
