The location is beautiful: very near the many attractions/sights that you want to see in Margaret River as well as remote enough to enjoy some local 'roos and birds that seem to consider the property a nice 'base'. Make sure you look out your door in the morning to not miss the local birds and 'roos that come looking for morning food!!

Continental Breakfast exceeded expectations. Easy to find. Excellent host.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Great hosts who did everything to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect with easy parking out the back. The facilities are well maintained, modern and comfortable
This is a beautiful guest house and Lisa is a lovely host, she is very knowledgeable about the area and helpful with planning your day. Kierans breakfasts are amazing!
Dirk & Pam were great hosts, available as needed but respectful of privacy.
We loved the ambience of the shared central guest area and the views of the birds in the garden.
Breakfast was fabulous. The best B&B on our trip around the South & South West of WA.
Have some photos on camera but will have to download later.
Apartment was modern, fitted with smart TV, good WiFi and location was brilliant, right in the heart of Margaret river, walking distance to popular spots for tourists and locals.
Thanks to lovely host Steve and great suggestions for our short stay. Room in great location for walking into town, but not a forest retreat as it is in a suburban street. Bit Disappointed too that ‘B and B’ meant prep your own, perhaps it should be ‘breakfast items provided’. Breakfast supplies were nice however. Overall, very good but just not as we were expecting.
Exceptional property for a large group.
Lovely host, enjoyed the fishing themed decor, outdoor shower, shelf of games, pool table, bbq and large kitchen with everything you would need (even has sauces and oil provided!).
Photos truly don't do it justice. I definitely recommend staying here.
