This is more of an Airbnb style than hotel with self check in etc. not saying this is good or bad. The views here are stunning and the rooms are picture perfect. It’s an easy 8 minute drive to town. If you stay here Hiring a car is a must as Ubers are limited and an 8 minute drive is an hour walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything. As with other Australian hostels the guests are VERY young but if you are an older traveller don't let this put you off. Surf House is a great hostel with a good vibe. Nice bar area, really well equipped, clean kitchen. Wonderful location. Very friendly helpful staff. Thanks to manager Ryan for going the extra mile to make me feel welcome.
