Very nice host, which also spoke English, excellent room/apartment conditions like kitchenette (with all basic facilities for making yourself a lunch or dinner or a tea etc), large bathroom with bath tub (at least in our case), big room with super nice big place to eat near the window, enough storage places, very clean room and entire Pension, excellent breakfast included from the regular cheese, hams, eggs (only boiled, we would preferred scrambled or eyes eggs but is just a choice) to cereals, fruit salad, multiple bread choices, delicious local jams, coffees, lots of tea options (all the mentioned points regarding the Pension are random, not in any specific order).
We choose ourselves this Pension due to the excellent breakfast reviews :D but also due to being close to the Toll area, as we wanted to have a car trip to Franz Josef Höhe (which is 17 km away from the accommodation) but also to take the entire 50 km mountain road by car and get to Kaprun eventually.

The room was huge, and the bed, design, colors, and materials were all very relaxing. The multiple large windows gave us breathtaking views. Breakfast was wonderful--everything homemade, locally produced, and fresh. The family offered to make us something in addition to the extensive breakfast spread. They were patient with our language barrier (we only know rudimentary German at this point). The family are very environmentally conscious. These are great people who have a very special inn. And two very sweet kitties :)
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
What a wonderfull experience. You arrive at evening summer, when in a valley is sunn and warm, but there uphill snows :) But no problem, the cuisine of restaurant and its personel will make sunn return. The rooms have the feeling of mountain climber-challet, still modern and fully weaponed. There is large garage parking. Bonus in the end, in the morning jump out side before breakfast, you will surely meet locals - the marmots around.
Barbara was such a great host. I Wonderful breakfasts. Comfortable beds. Modern bathroom. Everything was kept spotlessly clean. Lovely touches too, to make it so special, including a little wrapped a chocolate left on the bed at night.
