This place is perfect ! Although I stayed here by myself, there is plenty of space for 2 people. On top of that, the property is located in a great area (everything is close by) and has stunning views ! You can wake up with a beautiful sunrise!!! Highly recommended.

Staff is so mean and rude, from my experience the Austrians are so rude but the staff at this place are even worst! If you are going to work in hospitality, you should at least be nice and respectful to the guests. Even from our communication through email and phone prior to the trip, the people answering my emails and calls were so rude. I DO NOT recommend this place.

the best feature of the hotel is the mountain view
Hideaway Obertraun in Obertraun provides accommodations with a garden and a terrace. Both Wifi and private parking are available at the homestay free of charge.
The Atelier room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Easy communication, Thomas is a great host. The location is peaceful. There are three parking lots: two tiny places in front of house, one downhill near the bridge (250 metres), and a few places above the homestay (100 metres).
The breakfast was outstanding. We even get our breakfast prepared earlier on the day we travel.
