Friendly owners, met me and my friend at a late time. The room was good, beds were made, and it was clean. There is a kitchen you can share with others, make some tea or cook some foods etc. The price is reasonable (relative to average prices in the town). The interiors look good.

The hostel was only a 15 minute walk from Lake Sevan and there was lovely restaurants only a few minutes walk away. There was also a shop over the road so the location was great. The host was very kind and everything was clean. The bed was super comfy! Definitely recommend for a one night stay as it’s a good base for going on long walks!

Loved everything about this quirky, well run hotel. It was the best hotel in our Armenian holiday. Staff are extremely friendly. Check in was quick, easy and shared all information needed. Children’s play area was a little bonus. The room is fantastic. Beds are cozy and we slept well. The breakfast in the picnic basket is a fantastic touch. They said the restaurant will be opening soon which would have just made this stay 10/10. They said the menu will be as unique as their hotel. We will definitely return and recommend to friends.

Lovely hosts (they spoke Russian but had limited English) and a very sizeable room with lots of facilities including a small kitchenette and a dining table. The property is in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay.
Lovely hosts, they don't speak English but they are very welcoming. They treated me with fruits and snacks :) I love their hospitality. The breakfast was huge and delicious. The place is quite old but clean and cosy.
This is a lovely hostel based on the top floor of a two story house. The whole area is for guests. It has the best equipped kitchen I've seen for a long time. The beds are very comfortable with nice linen . It's very quiet. There is a rustic balcony. I got lost coming here ( my fault) and the lovely people came and found me.
Nice guest house at quite part of Sevan. 15min walks from center, but it's worth. If you want a rest in Sevan, I recommend this guest house. Young couple are trying to be good hosts and they succeed.
Armen is a great host! Him and his wife have very nice and generous personalities. We have Ben welcomed with delicious dinner and delightful talk about their life and experiences. They taught us about culture. It was a great interaction with locals. Its very helpful if you speak English!
A great hostel, everything is clean and beautiful, a beautiful wooden terrace in the courtyard, where you can spend time in warm weather. there are many shops and ATMs around.
Lovely host. She made the best traditional Armenian breakfast and dinner. Although there were some issues due to understanding it was really fine. If you want to have the experience of traveling to Armenia and live like the locals go to her place. You'll be welcomed like a family member.
Lovely hosts, even though we couldn't speak a word of Armenian or Russian, they made us feel very welcome in their home.
Clean rooms, kitchen, nice garden area, fair breakfast. Good internet.
