Igor and his wife were so welcoming. We tried some grapes and other fruit they grew on the property, also homemade wine and vodka. We had some great conversation with the help of google translate. One of the best nights we spent in Armenia!

When I visit Tatev, this is my favorite place to stay, not only because the rooms or comfortable and clean but also because the hosts are so welcoming, kind, and caring. And the food is incredible, with everything on the table made from scratch at home. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the best pick in town! You’ll leave relaxed and refreshed :)

The property was beautiful with lots of different amenities! We enjoyed a bonfire that the host helped us to start and played several rounds of darts. It's in a beautiful location and has easy access to the city via taxi. The host was very helpful with all of our needs. Would 10/10 recommend this place

There's everything you may need in very good conditions. The staff is awesome. Gevorg treated me like a brother since the first day and he gave me homemade gata (delicious Armenian traditional sweet) on the last day. He was always very responsive to my messages. I came during low season and he even offered me to stay one more day for free, which I couldn't reject given the treatment and the amazing surroundings in Goris.
Most of the hikes start from the southern part of the city and the location of this apartment is great. There are also some grocery stores nearby and restaurants aren't far (5-7 minutes walking).
Can't wait to come back next year in spring or summer.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Super hospitable and friendly people, parking place in the closed yard. Located in 5 minutes drive from Tatev air tramway. This place is perect if you are keen on communication with locals, the owner is quite famous on YouTube (search for Booze Traveler Armenia). If you'd prefer to stay on your own, here might be a little more attention, than you can expect. Anyway, my mother, whom I had been travelling with, was excited and the local booze is great!
