Big resort for family groups, with a lot of swimming pools, train and boat to use between facilities

The tiny house is beautiful, well set and private. Everything is clean and functional. Surrounded by nature and great vue of the ocean. Host were friendly and discreet, easy access to the house and communication. A great choice if you don't want to be in a resort like accommodation.

Like many of the buildings in Hawaï, the hotel building has worn out feel, but the rooms are well maintained, clean, and the bed super comfortable. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We didn't use the swimming pool. There are so many wonderful beaches closeby which we preferred to go to instead. The hotel is very well located, just a few steps away from the Hilo garden, which is a very wandering about.

Great location with a shared swimming pool

The apartment was roomy, comfortable, clean. Swimming pool and whirlpool were only couple of steps from the terrace.

Located right at the bay and not far from the farmers market - walking distance (at least for me :) ). Enjoyed my balcony, swimming pool and Japanese garden nearby.

The bungalow was gorgeous. The loft attic offers a beautiful tranquility.

Every single staff member was so nice and helpful. Free paddle boards, bikes, filtered water, coffee, tea. Swimming pool wasn’t too busy, great place to relax. We were lucky to have stayed in a room with a balcony, where we spent most evenings.

All, Bell people very friendly so where people at the restaurant and swimming pool
