The street the hotel located on is absolutely gorgeous with a very nice reasonably priced restaurant just downstairs. We rented the entire 3 floors of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping is every day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the office is open 24/7. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there.

The rooms and facilities were very clean and nice, they had a big swimming pool for adults and a small one for kids, a fitness centre/gym, spa with sauna and steam, Turkish bath, free breakfast, overall it was excellent! The staff all knew how to speak English and were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
The location is good since it overlooks spancha lake. It has a good swimming pool. The breakfast and the area where we take our breakfast (overlooks the lake). They provide free to use bikes. The room has a good safty Box.
Location was central to all attractions. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, just outside Gulhane tram so very convenient for access to tram network. Very good value for money. Staff very friendly.
The overall stay was very pleasant. They have 2 swimming pools - indoor and outdoor ones - which I really enjoyed. Additionally their breakfast was also very good.
Easy access to everything. Tram stops within less than 5 minutes helpful reception stuff. I was away for my birthday, the staff kindly arranged for a birthday cake on the morning of my birthday. Surrounded by restaurants and easy to reach sultanahmet area within 10 mins. Also walking distance to many places. Room was cleaned everyday. Although we didn't use the facilities they have a swimming pool and a hammmam spa and also daily entertainment for guests in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.
