This place is great.
We stayed 4 nights at the bungalow. They have a common area with garden and some tables, which for me was an ideal working office. Shared kitchen with everything you need and parking lot. They do laundry for great prices too. It’s a beachfront location, directly in a quiet part of the beach, yet 5 minutes away from some beach bars. There is a convenience store opposite the road which is very useful for getting some beer, toilet paper (unfortunately the hotel does not provide) or mosquitoes repellent - extremely necessary. Managers are super nice and helpful too.

Very cosy beach bungalows on a quiet and pretty beach. The staff is super nice and the food and drinks (especially the Margaritas) are amazing. A really special place that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also did a boat tour to the pink dolphins which was special and enjoyed the little Saturday night market around the corner.
Everything was great, stayed for 3 nights during the course of my girlfriends fathers funeral. Staff were so kind with her and even allowed her nieces and nephews come visit for a day to use the facilities such as swimming pool, go kart track and bring food in to sit at restaurant area for them.
It' s more than you can expect for that price! A charming and helpful owner, he even gave my a bicycle for the day. The beach is a 2 minutes walk away. The bungalow has all it needs.

The location is excellent. Very quiet and peaceful. All you hear in the morning is the birds singing. We only stayed one night so we chose a fairly basic room which was very reasonably priced. It was comfortable, nice quiet aircon and good pressure in the shower. Everything you need for a quiet rest. The best part was Toy. She was friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the area, including the local restaurants and shops. The swimming pool looked very inviting but we just didn't have time to use it.
Super kind and friendly staff. The bungalow is very nice decorated and it was very well cleaned. We loved the breakfast (we tried the natural yogurt with müsli, fresh fruits and the porridge), the cappuccino is great. We liked the fact that you could choose different option for the breakfast. If you need a transfer to the harbor, they offer you a transfer by car for 800BTH. They also offer motorbike and bike rentals if you wanna explore more Ao Khanom but we didn't do it.

Great value for money motel style resort.Ideal for a stop over on the way north or south. Great value for money, and large clean bungalow style rooms with fairly basic but clean accomodation. There is a swimming pool and breakfast included so easy to entertain children on a quick stop over.
