The grounds were very nice. The swimming pool was a real highlight; the shallow kids pool and the main pool were perfect for the whole family. We really enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The location was good, especially for visiting sites in the south of Öland. There was plenty of parking on site.

Can’t recommend this enough, my kids loved the place, the beach is few steps away, the staff are very friendly and supportive, they go above and beyond to help, everything was in walking distance.. the kids enjoyed the mini golf court

All cottages at Björkbackens Stugby have access to a service house with a communal kitchen, shared bathrooms and a laundry room. Very friendly staff. Beautiful place. 6 comfy beds really good price. We were able to park our car in front of the cottage very convinient. So many electric chargers were available close to the reception which we charged the car before sleeping. Charging price was 6sek/kwh. Breakfast was not included but I bought for my family and we loved the quality of the breakfast so much. I highly recommend it based on the valuable price.

A TV, desk and a private bathroom with shower feature in all units at Föllingen Hotell. There are also cottages which include a terrace, seating area and a fully equipped kitchen. Hotel rooms have free Wi-Fi. Keeping in mind that this is a budget hotel, and is much cheaper than alternatives in the area, I was surprised by how well equipped and maintained the common areas were. The rooms are basic, but fine for a short stay. Note what other travelers have said about how small they are and plan accordingly. There is a nice children's playroom inside (in case you use this as a base to visit Astrid Lindgrens Värld, as we did). Self check-in went fine; the manager communicated clearly and helped us solve any problems. I can confirm that wifi was working in our room, unlike what some reviewers have written.
