Host was very friendly and discrete, felt like a home away from home, swimming pool perfect, and rooms were clean and cozy. Lots of amenities for a barbecue or just to sit and relax with fiends. Lovely garden and all surrounded by nature. Big kitchen with all you need to make your own dinner and keep your drinks cool. 10* I recommend it. Thank you!
We stayed at "Casa Noua," a really stylish tiny house complete with all of the necessities, tastefully furnished, and adorned in the traditional Maramuresian manner. The host is very welcoming and they welcomed us with a few glasses of "palica".
Almost Everything was superb: rustic/charming facilities and ground, amazing food, excellent service and staff. Very cool swimming pools (indoor/outdoor) with wet bar and fantastic views. And did I mention the food?
We stayed only for a night and everything was very nice: The stuff, the room, the swimming pool, the water. we like it a lot. The hotel is at the main road but the noise haven't reached to us.
Everything was excellent! The personnel is super supportive and helpful (plus friendly), they always wanted to help and got the answer for every question that we had (even not about hotel). The food was good, quite felt like real homemade food. The swimming pool is amazing (it has warm water, maybe not the best choice for summer, but I suppose in winter it's cool). Location is great, in the mountains, surrounded by the forest and near to the Firiza lake, plus 15min go to Baia Mare.
Clean and nice hotel with swimming pool. Plenty of options for breakfast.
