Just minutes from town Motueka & Abel Tasman National Park, our chalet was the perfect retreat for our 2-night stay. Immaculate, tastefully and thoughtfully appointed throughout; pre-dawn birdsong both mornings. Cabin overlooked the beach and sea which was an amazing view. Very quiet with restaurants a short 3 minute walk away. Very clean and comfortable. Small, as expected, but most of our time was spent sitting outside watching the sea. Good shower and facilities with a fridge and kettle. Loved it.

Located 3 minutes’ drive from Pohara Beach, The Sandcastle is set on a tranquil valley overlooking the sea. It features self-contained cottages with a balcony offering sea and garden views. The property was so quaint and cute! There were various cottages all overlooking fields, garden and ocean! Simple accommodations with everything you need. Steve was very accommodating, such a great host! He helped us make pizza without the brick stove since it was rainy; he went very out of his way. Thanks again!
