We enjoyed our stay here so much that we extended another two days. The room and bed were warm and comfortable, and Samu was so kind to turn on the heater and electric blanket before we arrived so we could warm up immediately once we reached in the cold and rainy weather. Toilets were clean and restocked every day, and showers were hot with strong water pressure, which made the experience very comfortable. Samu and his wife were also very friendly and responsive; when the microwave spoiled, they rushed to get us another microwave in just a few minutes. Excellent service, facilities and hospitality overall, we also really enjoyed chatting with Samu. Would highly recommend and glad to stay again.

Merrill was super accommodating! The huts were comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The shared kitchen and bathroom was tidy and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would both return in a heartbeat! Great launching pad to go and check out hikes in the surrounding area.

Really friendly and accomodating staff as we rolled in late following a road closure. I was in a bunk which was comfy! The kitchen and bathroom facilities were clean and well stocked. The shower pressure was the best. PERIOD. great location to the Four Square for supplies and to the start of the Hump Ridge Track. THANKS
