The facilities were clean and neat. Easy to access with the kitchens and bathroom facilities nearby in short walking distance. Loved that the spa was just nearby for the guests to use them with special discounts.

Better than the pictures so was expecting less and had a bed in separate area which was nice for our son who is an adult. Location right next to the town.

We got the Deluxe cabin it was so cute and cozy the beds were soooo comfy kids loved it adults loved it great little place to stay for a getaway

Absolutely wonderful ‘holiday park’! We stayed in one of the cabins (SKI), and it was lovely! The most comfortable and ‘stylish’ place I stayed in New Zealand during my long journey. I love how they paid attention to details and actually put effort into making it extra pretty and cozy! It was spotless and spacious, with kitchen and outdoor seating. So well-maintained! It’s on the lake, which was so peaceful… would highly recommend it!

Offering accommodation with free Wi-Fi, Parklands Motorlodge & Holiday Park is located near the popular trout fishing waters of the Tongariro River, in the shadow of the Mt. Pihanga Volcano. The cabin was very clean and had everything I needed. The staff that I came across and spoke to on the phone were very friendly. I was upgraded at the last minute, and it absolutely made my day. Having checkin be so seamless and the upgraded cabin was the best ending to a loooong day of driving and learning that my Tongariro Crossing hike was canceled.
