Hot Water Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park is located 700 metres from Hot Water Beach, a popular surfing destination on the stunning Coromandel Peninsula. The facilities were really nice here! We stayed in the Standard Cabin and it was really nice, very cute and clean. The mini fridge in the room was great. We also loved the heated mattress toppers for the colder night. The walk to the beach was very scenic and the proximity to the beach was very nice. Also, it was very convenient to have the restaurant on the property, and the food was very good!

The location up on Coromandel Peninsula is simply beautiful. We walked across the road to the rocky beach for sunset each evening, where you could hear a pin drop, very peaceful! This is a lodge that caters to campers as well as folks renting kitchenette rooms, like us. People come here for the fishing, and I heard it was very good. If we had stayed another day, it would have been fun to go out on a charter boat for a day of fishing. We went on excursions each day, one was to hike the Coromandel Coastal Walkway, just fantastic. There is no shortage of fun things to see and do here. You do have to bring groceries with you, as there is no restaurant nearby.

Seabreeze Holiday Park offers accommodation less than 10 minutes' drive from Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove, Hahei and Cooks Beach. Beautiful holiday park in great location. Wished it wasn't raining so we could enjoy it more. Close to Hahei and Hot water beach. Brewery only open weekend so we weren't able to visit which was a shame. Comfy rooms with well equipped kitchen. Wifi is limited, just fyi.

You can walk to Cathedral Cove from Hahei Beach Resort, follow the beach and connect to the Cathedral Cove walkway (the walk takes about 1 hour each way). The view was out of this world, the comfort was amazing too.
