We stayed in winter and the whole cabin was heated well, we never got cold except for one day when the hot water heater malfunctioned but the staff came within an hour to fix it.

Loved that cars have to be kept in a car park meaning it is safe for children. The playgrounds, cafe and pools were brilliant.

The Safari Tent definitely surpassed our expectations. The kids had a blast!...although the days where chilly the tent was well prepared with all the necessary amenities for our comfort.
