Offering a garden and city view, Wishing Well Maratea is set in Maratea, 13 km from La Secca di Castrocucco and 18 km from Praja-Ajeta-Tortora Train Station. Whilst the isolation presented some issues getting in the location is epic. Given the time of year we had the joint to ourselves with mostly just the noise of farm animals and birds to hear. Probably half a dozen to eight 'apartments' on the site. The place was spacious and had a great outdoor area with wonderful views. The kitchen was fine if you wanted to self cater. Although the washing machine was a bit jammed in the corner it did the job - note minimum 3 hr cycle. Bathroom and bedrooms were spacious. All in all quite well appointed comfortable and quiet. Price for the offering was very good.

We traveled with our child, they had great activities for kids on the beach and in the evenings. Out little one really enjoyed it! The staff is super friendly, we got to know that it is a family run camp and everyone is super friendly and give you the feel of being part of the family. The camp has all amenities needed, shop, cafe, restaurant, spirt courts, kids play area. Our cabin was very clean, well organized, and has everything for a comfortable stay. There is a organized electric bus to the beach, but its only 400m and one can walk too. We will be back here for sure! :)
